MPC on law, order planned

NOWSHERA, Feb 13: Federal Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination Salim Saifullah Khan has announced holding of an multi-party conference at the provincial level to devise strategies to curb lawlessness in the province.

Speaking at a news conference on Monday, he said political parties, including the People’s Party Parliamentarians, Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal and the Awami National Party, would be invited to the conference to work out a strategy to curb incidents of kidnappings, bomb blasts and murders. He said the conference would be held in mid-March.
