BMP help sought for MPA’s arrest

Published February 10, 2007

DERA GHAZI KHAN, Feb 9: The Punjab Home Department has directed DCOs-cum-senior commandants of Border Military Police of Dera and Rajanpur to extend help in the arrest of an absconded MPA involved in a double murder case.

The help has been sought after the Punjab police expressed their apprehension that ruling party MPA Mir Badshah Qaisrani, being the Qaisrani tribe chief, might be hiding in the tribal area. The accused MPA had slipped from a local court soon after the rejection of his bail some two days back.
