KARACHI, Feb 2: Six ships carrying crude oil and containers are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Saturday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was active where ten ships were berthed after the departure of four. They are: Red Sea Spirit, to load cement, Iran Shahryar, Kota Mesra, Iran Hesabi, Calvin P.Titus, Oel Esteem and Oel Aishwarya, to unload and load containers, Wappen Von Leipzig, and Arun Kheta, tankers.

The ships, which departed, included Hyundai Advance, Conti Esperance, Kota Mesra and Heng Tai, while Iran Hesabi, Wappen Von Leipzig, Arun Kheta, Calvin P. Titus and Lalazar are due to sail out on Saturday.

A total tonnage of 81,974 tons comprising 11,500 tons of export tonnage and 70,474 tons of import cargo was handled.

The following ships are due on Saturday; Shalamar, Splandoir, oil tankers, Kama Bhum, Bunga Kenari, Wan Hai-315 and Hayley Nadhi, with containers.
