GUJRANWALA, Feb 1: In a bid to clear the backlog, Federal Investigation Agency’s Gujranwala passport cell has stopped the entry of fresh complaints against human agents.
Sources said 1,800 cases were pending on Dec 31, 2006. Of them, 125 cases were registered against human agents last year. “This year no new case has been registered so far. This is also because complaints lacking proofs are not being entertained,” sources said.
