NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, Jan 26: The district government on Friday decided not to issue any more permits for opening oil agencies and not to renew the already issued permits. District Nazim Ghulam Rasool Jatoi said at a meeting attended by taluka nazims of Naushahro Feroze, Moro, Kandiaro, Mehrabpur and Bhirya, the DCO and all the EDOs that the DCO should not issue any new permit for opening oil agencies in the town and not renew the already issued permits.

The meeting gave its approval for the construction of a bus terminal, repair of the Padidan Road and demarcation of police stations’ jurisdiction on taluka basis.

Naushahro Feroze taluka nazim pointed out that the Padidan Road on which the offices of district council, courts, hospital, TPO office, college and taluka council were located was in a dilapidated condition and often led to traffic jams.

The bus terminal and truck stands right in the middle of the town had added to problems, therefore, they should be shifted out of town, he demanded. The district nazim asked the taluka nazim to identify land for the bus terminal.

BAITUL MAAL: District Nazim Ghulam Rasool Jatoi has advised the Baitul Maal mustahiqeen to open accounts with Rs10 in the National Bank of Pakistan to get Rs5,000 and not pay bribes to any person for receiving the funds.
