QUETTA, Jan 25: Chief of the Jatio tribe Sardar Samandar Khan has accused federal Minister Sardar Yar Mohammad Rind and his son, who is the district nazim of Bolan, of harassing people and implicating their political opponents in false cases.

Addressing a press conference at the press club on Thursday, he requested the chief justice of the Balochistan High Court, chief of the ruling PML Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and secretary-general Mushahid Hussain to intervene.

He alleged that the federal minister was obstructing the federal government’s development projects in the Bolan district, adding that the minister was misusing his authority by compelling the district administration and police to move against his political opponents, even within the ruling PML.
