Clarification

Published January 14, 2007

KARACHI: In the Dawn’s business page of Jan 11, a story titled “Two auto-makers suffer sale drop by 42pc,” had appeared in which it was mentioned that Hyundai production has been facing turbulence since August as 114 units could be sold in the month, followed by 13 units in September, 77 units in October and 90 in November. In December 2006, not a single unit was rolled out. It is clarified that 114 units in August was the production figure and not the sale figure as mentioned in the story.
