SHEIKHUPURA, Jan 8: A woman along with her daughter was found murdered under mysterious circumstance here on Monday near a plants nursery on GT Road in Muridke Saddar police limits.
Reports said Imam Bibi, 45, and her daughter Mahvish, 10, of Dhana, Sialkot had gone to Kabirwala to attend a marriage ceremony about five days back. On way back, they were believed to be abducted and strangled by some unidentified men. The police have handed over the bodies to Rehmat Ali, the husband of Imam Bibi, and are investigating.
ACCIDENT: One Asgher was run over and killed by a speeding wagon on Monday near Budha, Nankana Sahib. Police are investigating.
SUFFOCATION: A sanitary worker, Ashraf, was suffocated to death while cleaning a manhole on Gujranwala Road on Monday.
