KARACHI: Sewerage work in Landhi

KARACHI, Jan 7: The additional vice-chairman of the Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB), Imamuddin Shahzad, on Sunday directed the water board authorities to complete work on sewerage lines in different localities of Landhi Town before the commencement of Muharram.

He issued these directives during a visit to Khurramabad, Sherpao Colony, Gul Ahmed Chowrangi and other areas in Landhi to review the pace of work on sewerage lines.

The KWSB official also inspected the ongoing work in Jaffer Tayyar Society where he directed the EDO Works and Services to complete the work before the month of Muharram and start carpeting of roads soon after the completion of sewerage line laying work.
