QUETTA, Jan 6: Two Marri women have appealed to the Balochistan High Court (BHC) to direct the Shalkot police station to register an FIR against individuals nominated in the application for murdering Asad Marri and injuring Ahmed Khan Marri.

Speaking at a news con-

ference at the press club on Saturday, Rehmat Khan Marri on behalf of Mir Bibi, mother of Asad Marri, and Gham

Bibi, mother of Ahmed Khan Marri, read out the written statement.

They said that intelligence men came to new Kahan suburb of the city on December 29, and opened fire on Asad and Ahmed as a result the former was killed and the latter was injured seriously.

Both were taken to the Bolan Medical Complex.

They said that the body of Asad was handed over to them yet officials of the intelligence agency refused to return back the injured Ahmed Marri that was still missing.

The affected mothers appealed to the Balochistan

High Court to provide them justice by asking the officials of the police station concerned to register the FIR.

They said that if the Balochistan High Court was reluctant to take action than they would knock the door of Supreme Court to help them.

They said that they had nominated the provincial governor, chief minister, Balochistan IGP and provincial chief of ISI in the application for killing Asad Marri.
