KARACHI, Jan 5: The town administration of Landhi has organised various programmes in connection with the “Hamara Karachi” festivities. The first event of these programmes, a Mehfil-i-Sama, is being held on Saturday (January 6) at 9pm.

Prominent Qawwals have been invited to perform on the occasion.

A Mehfil-i-Naat will be held on January 7 at 9:30pm.

Other programmes include

a film festival, which will start on January 6 and end on January 13.

Various programmes for religious minorities will be held on January 7. A ten-day food and funfair will also be held from January 8 to 18.

A free medical camp by Pakistan Army and the town administration, quiz shows and a lucky draw will be the other features.—PPI
