National LPG moot on Jan 11

ISLAMABAD, Dec 29: The first national conference on LPG industry will be held on January 11 in Islamabad.

According to a press release the conference is being organised in collaboration with LPG Association of Pakistan, Energy Update, Publicity Channel, and the World LPG Association.

The theme of the conference is “Prospects and Challenges of the LPG Industry in Pakistan--faced by it.”

The objective of the conference is to discuss the opportunities and Challenges for the LPG industry, take stock of HSE questions attached with its trade, share knowledge of developments, learn about latest technologies and equipment, elaborate on policy matters and interact with internationals and national industry experts.

The conference will be addressed by the minister for petroleum, secretary petroleum, adviser to the prime minister for energy, president World LPG Association. Director Ogra, president LPG Association of Pakistan, chief executive SHV Pakistan, and managing director Ely Energy USA.

The conference will be attended by LGP manufacturing organisations, marketing companies, distributors, engineering companies, manufacturers of machinery and equipment and suppliers.
