KARACHI, Dec 27: The following were Wednesday’s commodity market rates in rupees.

Oilseeds

RAPESEED (per 40 kg): Dadulane 740 to 800; Mirpurlane 810 to 820; Nawabshah 900 to 940; Punjab 1,340 to 1,980.

EDIBLE OILS (per 40 kg): Coconut oil 3,600 to 4,000; Rapeseed and Mustard oil 2,500 to 2,700; Ghee Vanaspati (per 16 kg) 880 to 920.

Cereals

MAIZE (per 100 kg): 1,000 to 1,100; Barley NA; Bajra 950 to 1,250; Wheat Mexi Pak 1,120 to 1,140; Maida (80 kg) 1,090 to 1,130; Suji 1,050 to 1,090; Atta 950 to 990.

RICE (per 100 kg): 386 Basmati 2,200 to 2,250; Basmati Whole 3,000 to 3,400; Basmati 385 Saila 2,500 to 2,600; Basmati Broken 1,400 to 1,800; Basmati Super 2,450 to 3,800; Irri-6 Sindh 1,380; Irri-9 Sindh 1,680 to 1,700.

Pulses

WHOLE (per 100 kg): Mash imported 4,125; Masoor imported 3,600; Moong (Punjab) 3,800; Moong (Imported) 4,000; Gram Yellow 1,450 to 1,500; Gram white Kabli 4,000 to 4,600; Gram Black 2,400 to 2,800 Arhar 2,850 to 3,150.

WASHED (per 40 kg): Maash 2,240 to 2,280; Moong 1,600 to 1,680; Masoor 1,260 to 1,300; Arhar 1,400 to 1,500; Gram (100 kg) 4,000 to 4,200.

SUGAR (per 40 kg): 1,080 to 1,100; Sugar Desi 1,700 to 1,800; Gur 1,600 to 1,700.

Spices

WHOLE (per 40 kg): Chillies dandicut 2,600 to 2,800; Cumminseed white 4,500 to 5,500; Cumminseed black 6,500 to 7,000; Ajwan 1,500 to 1,600; Turmeric Gantha 1,500 to 1,600; Turmeric Lambi 1,600 to 1,700; Corianderseed (No I) 1,200 to 1,300; Corianderseed (No II) 1,100 to 1,200; Fenugreek (Methi) 900 to 1,000; Tamarind 1,100 to 1,300; Garlic 1,900 to 2,000; Plum Dry 3,200 to 3,600.

The following are the maximum retail rates for Thursday:
