PESHAWAR, Dec 23: A Turkish Land Forces delegation, led by Gen Ilkar Basbug, visited the Corps Headquarters and called on Corps Commander Lt-Gen Mohammad Hamid Khan here on Saturday.

The delegation remained with the corps commander for some time and discussed matters of professional interest. The Turkish officers were informed of the development activities being undertaken by the army in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas. Later, the visiting army officers visited Michni Post, where they were briefed about the historical significance of Khyber Agency.
