KARACHI, Dec 22: Sindh Minister for Local Bodies, Katchi Abadi and Spatial Development Muhammad Hussain Khan said a 100-bed hospital had been approved for Baldia Town.

Addressing an open ketchehri on Thursday evening, he said urban health centre, currently under construction, would also be completed soon in the area.

“In the past Baldia town was neglected but now special attention is being paid to the town”, he added.

He informed that large buses would operate from the area soon for facilitation of the people.

Town Nazim Kamran Akhtar informed the minister about ongoing development works in the town.—PPI
