KARACHI: Acquittal upheld

KARACHI, Dec 21: The Sindh High Court on Thursday dismissed an appeal filed against the acquittal of a man and his two sisters in his wife’s murder case and upheld the trial court’s order. Feroz Khan, his sisters Khursheed Jehan and Malka Begum were acquitted by additional district and sessions court (South) on May 18, 2001 from the murder charges of his wife, Sarfaraz.—PPI
