PESHAWAR, Dec 9: The NWFP chapter of the National Accountability Bureau on Saturday organised a walk to mark the International Anti-Corruption Day here on Saturday.

The walk started from the Governor’s House and culminated in Peshawar Cantonment. Director-general of NAB Air Vice-Marshal Tahir Rafiq Butt and inspector-general of police Rifat Pasha led the walk.

The participants were carrying banners and placards inscribed with slogans against corruption.

Pamphlets and hand-bills carrying anti-corruption messages were also distributed in different localities of the city. The walk was part of NAB’s public awareness campaign.—PPI
