KARACHI, Nov 30: Six ships carrying containers, steel coils and containers are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Friday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was modest where only Shamrock Moon to offload chemicals was berthed after the departure of six.

The ships, which departed were led by APL Osaka, Fifi Queen, Energy Ranger, Al-Marwah, Shamrock Duke and Rising One, while Shamrock Moon, Sun Lavender and Induruwa Valley are due to sail out on Friday.

Cargo handling activity at the wharves was modest falling to 40,910 tons comprising 1,618 tons of export tonnage and 27,292 tons of import cargo.

The following ships are due on Friday: Johar, with crude oil, Orient Independence, Bunga Delima, Y.M. Star, Soon Foo, with containers, and Annita, with steel coils.
