UAF declares PhD results

FAISALABAD, Nov 22: The University of Agriculture Faisalabad has announced the results of PhD in different disciplines.

As many as 38 PhD students have been declared successful. Among them six belong to plant breeding and genetics department, five to agronomy, four to animal breeding and genetics, nine to horticulture, three each to agri entomology and vet microbiology. While departments of zoology, chemistry, soil science, poultry science and rural sociology have produced two PhDs each.

With the addition of these successful persons, the number of university PhD scholars has reached 501.

Names of successful students are: Muhammad Ayub, Muhammad Hammad Nadeem, Muhammad Ashfaq, Muhammad Munir, Muhammad Akhtar Anees, Ghulam Sarwar, Muhammad Jamil, Muhammad Ather Nadeem, Muhammad Mudassar Maqbool, Ejaz Ahmad Warraich, Asif Iqbal, Afzal Ali, Ziaur Rehman, Muhammad Khalid Bashir, Asghar Hussain, Muhammad Hamid Bashir, Muhammad Razzaq, Riaz Hussain, Adnan Younis, Waqar Ahmad, Muhammad Ayub, Muhammad Hidayat Rasool, Muhammad Shahid Mahmood, Atif Nisar, Muhammad Iqbal, Munir Hussain Zia, Muhammad Javaid Asad, Fathia Mubeen, Muhammad Afzal, Muhammad Javed Iqbal Siddiqui, Jahanzeb Ansari, Hassan Ali, Shahbaz Ahmad Khan, Saifur Rehman Saif, Asif Ali Butt, Khalid Mahmood, Muhammad Irfan and Shujaat Ali. — Correspondent
