KARACHI: President Gen Pervez Musharraf has described the general elections scheduled in the country next year as ‘mother of all elections’ and said that people must cast their votes.
''We have to defeat extremist parties and elements that are against the progress, and take the movement of Pakistan forward,'' he said while addressing a gathering of philanthropists organised by the Ahmed EH Jaffer Foundation, involved in establishing the Hub School of Excellence.—PPI
