KARACHI, Nov 18: Country’s top players have confirmed to feature in the 23rd Federal Cup tennis championship which begins at Islamabad Club from Monday. Those who will be vying for honours among others are Aqeel Khan, Asim Shafik, Nomi Qamar, Jalil Khan, Mohammad Shafiq, Inam Gul and Mahmood Khan.
The events to take place are men’s singles, men’s doubles, ladies singles, boys U-17 singles, boys U-13 singles, girls U-17 singles, girls U-13 singles, senior’s doubles 45 plus and 55 plus.
The players who have not yet send their entries have been asked to contact Mr. Shahzad Akther Alvi (0333-5158971) or Mr. Muhammad Khalil (0345-5117196) before 5.00pm (Sunday).
