KARACHI, Nov 6: The Sindh High Court on Monday dismissed an application by an assistant sub-inspector seeking pre-arrest bail in a custodial killing case. ASI Atif with others is charged with killing Mohammad Yousuf in the lockup of the Kalakot police station on Feb3, 2004.—PPI
