LAHORE, Nov 1: About 4,000 Sikhs are expected to arrive here On Thursday to attend the birth anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak. Officials of the Evacuee Trust Property Board and the Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee will greet them at Wagah. They will reach here by a train.
More than 900 Sikhs from other countries have already reached here to attend the festivities.
The three-day festival will begin on Nov 3 at the birthplace of the Guru at Gurdwara Janam Asthan, Nankana Sahib. —Staff Reporter
