KARACHI, Nov 1: The Sindh High Court on Wednesday directed to move an accused in a murder case, from Central Prison Sukkur to Central Jail Nawabshah for two months, so that the case of the accused be completed at trail court.

The division bench, comprising Justice Rehmat Hussain Jaffery and Justice Yasmeen Abbasey, has directed the Superintendent Central Jail Sukkur to send the accused to Central Jail Nawabshah.

The complainant Ghulam Abbas and the accused, Shafaqat Hussain have submitted that their case was not being proceeded at the trial court.

A letter was also moved by Sessions Judge Nawabshah to SHC, submitting that Shafaqat Hussain, who remained confined at Central Prison Sukkur was not being produced before the court and requested for the transfer of the case.—APP
