KARACHI: Compensation announced

KARACHI, Oct 27: Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan on Friday announced to provide Rs100,000 each as compensation to the bereaved families of those who lost their lives in a traffic accident near Rohri.

He expressed grief over the deaths in the collision and sympathized with the family members of those sustaining wounds in the road mishap.

The governor prayed for quick and absolute recovery of the injured and also announced that they would be provided medical cover by the government.

He also prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed souls in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved families to bear the losses.

Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim has taken serious notice of the accident near shrine of Aror and directed the authorities to take measures to avoid accidents.

He expressed grief over the loss of lives in the collision between car and coach near Aror shrine. He directed the local administration to provide required medical treatment to the injured of the accident.—APP
