MULTAN, Oct 19: A local court on Thursday issued a notice to the administration of University Agriculture College in a petition filed by an expelled student.

Abdul Razzaq Lashari filed a petition with the court of civil judge Izharul Haq Alvi stating that he was to appear in examinations of first, second and mid terms starting from Nov 5, but the university administration had expelled him for a year.

The judge directed the university authorities to let the plaintiff appear in the exam and submit his result to the court.

The court has summoned discipline committee chairman of university registrar and student affairs director on Nov 30.
