KARACHI, Oct 19: At least 39 vehicles and 68 cellphones were taken away on Thursday. Police sources said that six cars and five motorcycles were snatched at gunpoint and 13 cars and 15 motorbikes were reported stolen.

Police sources said that 24 cellphones were snatched and 36 were stolen while eight cellphones were reported missing.

Meanwhile, the ACLC on a tip-off conducted raids and recovered 15 stolen vehicles including 11 cars and four motorbikes, PPI adds.

The registration numbers of recovered cars are: AHC-597, ACL-953, AGF-411, AHA-751, AKD-031, ALP-058, J-9158, JT-5082, PH-0297, ACA-680, and E-9254. The registration numbers of recovered bikes are: KBQ-0870, KBE-0138, KAY-1604 and KBO-9291.
