MARDAN, Oct 18: Three people were gunned down following a feud at Miangul Kallay before Iftar here on Tuesday. The victims were identified as Liaquat Khan, Saeedullah and Inayatullah.

They were sitting in front of a house in the village before Iftar when the alleged assailants, Naveed and Sher Bahadur Khan, who had come in a car and were wearing police uniform, opened fire on them, killing them on the spot, eyewitnesses said.

They said that Saeedullah was their target, but as he was sitting with other two men, they were also shot dead. Sources said that the killers and the victims belonged to different gangs involved in robberies, drug trafficking and murders.
