SHIKARPUR, Oct 8: Two people were allegedly killed by their rival Marfani men in the Humayoon police area on Saturday.

Reports reaching here said that Abdul Hayee Bakhrani, 35, of Karimabad village was allegedly gunned down by the armed Marfani clansmen when he was going to his fields.

Mohammad Ayoub Bakhrani, 32, of Ali Murad village was allegedly ambushed by 12 armed Marfani men near Rahuja.

Reports said that the murders were result of a dispute between the two clans.

The police registered an FIR against 12 men on the complaint of Mehboob Bakhrani.

They were identified as Deedar Hussain Marfani, Haboo Marfani, Raban Marfani, Haji Nawaz Ali Marfani, Haji Nandho Marfani and Abdul Fatah Marfani.
