KARACHI, Oct 6: An exhibition of Pakistani carpets and leather products held in Bucharest recently created interest among importers in these products.

The fair was organised by Carpet Association of Pakistan, which also arranged the visit of a big delegation from Pakistan to display their products.

Representatives of the diplomatic community in Romania and general public also visited the exhibition to apprise themselves of the quality of the Pakistani products.

Earlier, Pakistan’s Ambassador Mr Sanaullah and members of the delegation, deputy Director General of Bucharest Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ancuta Conta agreed to promote similar exhibitions alternatively in Romania and Pakistan.—APP
