SHIKARPUR, Sept 29: Account holders unsing “online accounts operation service system” facilities at the Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB), Shikarpur branch, have been facing difficulties following collapse of the computer system for two weeks.

A number of account holders complained that they were facing problems in drawing cash through the online accounts operation system as well as other bank documents, including bank statements etc. required for study visa and business matters.

The MCB branch manager maintained that he had approached the head office for repair of the system which, so far, remained fruitless.

The account holders demanded of the general manager and regional manager of the bank to intervene and immediately restore IT/Online Accounts Operation System at MCB’s Shikarpur branch.
