Due to large number of patients in hospitals, doctors did not pay due attention and resultantly people rushed towards private hospital where facilities were premium but expenditures were also very high, he said.

He vowed to reactivate all government hospital as well as urban and rural healthcare units so that public could be provided with standard health facilities. The minister said that the staff of the health department should facilitate patients passionately.
