104 Afghans sent back

QUETTA, Sept 21: Pakistan officials handed over 104 Afghan nationals to representatives of the Afghanistan government at the Chaman border on Thursday.

They had been arrested in Turbat for having illegally crossed the border.

Levies official at the border checkpost told Dawn that police had registered cases against the 104 Afghans under the Foreign Act for entering Pakistan without legal documents.

The cases were not pursued and the accused were handed over to Afghanistan government officials.
