GUJRANWALA, Sept 19: Saddar police on Tuesday arrested a man allegedly involved in flesh trade, recovered a teenaged girl from his custody and got his three-day physical remand from a court.

Reports said Amir Shehzad, a property dealer at Wapda Town, had abducted `A’ of the same locality and took her to Faisalabad where he allegedly raped her.

On a tip-off, a police team, led by Saddar SHO Rana Muhammad Islam, conducted a raid at Chan da Qila and arrested him when he was taking the girl to Lahore by a car. Later, the police produced him before the court and got his physical remand. — Correspondent
