Match ends in exciting draw

KARACHI, Sept 16: The three-day PCB Inter-region Under-19 Cricket Championship match between Karachi Urban and Multan ended in an exciting draw at PCB Regional Academy Ground on Saturday.

Resuming at the overnight score of 62 for one, Multan were dismissed for 235 in their second innings with opener Zeeshan Maqsood hitting five fours and a six in his 60.

Needing 90 in nine overs, Karachi Urban ended at 39 for four wickets in their second innings with left arm paceman Majid Javed three wickets for 15 runs in five overs.

Karachi Urban ended with three points for the first innings lead.
