Houses attacked

QUETTA, Sept 7: Hand grenades were hurled on two houses in different areas here, police said here on Thursday. According to police, some people threw a grenade into the house of Shakil in the New Nichari area on Thursday afternoon. Windowpanes were smashed and walls and the roof of the house were damaged in the explosion. Another grenade was hurled at the house of Mohammad Nawaz in the new Sariab area late Wednesday night. No casualty was reported in the two explosions. Police registered cases against unidentified people.—Staff Correspondent
