Davis Cup training camp from 23rd

LAHORE, Sept 1: Seven probables will attend a training camp which is being held in Islamabad from Monday to finalise Pakistan Davis Cup team for the away home Asia Oceania tie against China scheduled for Sept 21 to 23.

Pakistan top tennis player, Aisamul Haq Qureshi, has been exempted from the training camp and he will join the team in China. Aisam is currently playing in Asian circuit in Uzbekistan.

Another top player of Pakistan Aqeel Khan is also playing abroad and will join the camp after a week.

The other six probables are Jalil Khan, Nomi Qamar, Aasim Shafik, Yasir Khan, Shahzad Khan and Tanvir Ashiq.
