Training camps for provincial games

LAHORE, Aug 30: Punjab Boxing Association has selected 19 players to attend a training camp here from Friday. The camp is being set up to prepare and finalise Punjab team to take part in the 2nd Inter-provincial games to be held here from Sept 16 to 18.

Meanwhile, Punjab Swimming Association set up the camp at the Iqbal Park Sports Complex where twenty-three swimmers are undergoing training.

Camp probables:

Boxers: Zeeshan Butt, Syed Zakir Hussain, Mohammad Khan, Nauman Saeed, Akbar Ali, Mohammad Yousuf Awan, Nauman Khan, Sohail, Mohammad Saqib, Zeeshan Niazi, Mohammad Akram, Jaffar, Mohammad Arshad, Mohammad Qasim, Mohammad Nawaz, Shahbaz, Azam, Mohammad Qamar, Rana Parvez.

Swimmers: Mohammad Anas, Hassan Kamran, Talha, Hasnain Ali Ahmed, Awais Kami, Syed Abdul Moid Mustafa, Mian Haider Awan, Qasim Ali Amjad, Mehboob Hassan, Raja Mohammad, Farrukh Shehzad, Yahya Shahid, Zain Tariq, Hamza Tahir, Zurez Adil Khan, Rohail Waqar, Salman Khan, Mursil Mehmood Butt, Hafiz Jawad Asif, Hashim Burki, Raja Hashim Jawaid, Abdul Samad, Mohammad Arsalan.
