LAHORE, Aug 28: The Lahore High Court on Monday called para-wise comments from the federal government on a writ petition seeking constitution of a medical board to examine nuclear scientist and national hero Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan.

Justice Mohammad Akhtar Shabbir, while issuing pre-admission notices to all the respondents, allowed the government two weeks time for filing the comments.

Petitioner Nasseer Ahmad Bhutta advocate, president PML-N Lawyers Forum Punjab, has sought exact information about the health of Dr Khan.
