KARACHI: BDS suppl exams

KARACHI, Aug 24: The examination department of the University of Karachi on Thursday notified the schedule for second and third professional BDS supplementary examination-2006.

According to the programme, the second professional BDS exams will be held from Sept 7 to 14, while papers of third professional BDS will commence from Sept 8 to 15.

Examination centre for both has been set up at the KU Social Work department. The papers will be held from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.

FORMS: The KU notified that exam form and fee for BA/ BCom/ BOL and BSc (improvement of division) annual examination 2006 would be accepted from Aug 25 to Sept 15, without late fee. The exam fee for BA/BCom part-I is Rs1,400, for part-II Rs1,400 and for both parts Rs2,600.

The exam form can be obtained from NBP/UBL Counter at KU Silver Jubilee Gate no 1 at Rs25 each and submitted at the same branches after endorsement from counter no 1, external unit, examinations department at the varsity’s Silver Jubilee Gate.

The candidates registered in 2000 and earlier will have to pay Rs800 extra as a fine to appear in the annual exam. Change of subjects will be allowed on payment of Rs400 till Sept 15.
