KHARTOUM, Aug 19: Two African Union peacekeepers were killed and three wounded when their convoy was ambushed in Sudan’s Darfur region on Saturday, the AU said in a statement. A group of unidentified armed men attacked an AU fuel convoy travelling to the African Union’s headquarters of El Fasher in North Darfur, the statement said.—AP
