TOBA TEK SINGH, Aug 16: Powerloom workers of Gojra ended their more than a month-long strike on Wednesday after reconciliation with owners. This was said by district officer (labour) Saeed Dhilloon in a press release issued here on Wednesday. He said a meeting, presided over by DCO Nawazish Ali and attended by representatives of workers and owners, decided to bring wages on a par with workers at Faisalabad. The meeting also decided that litigation against each other would be withdrawn.
