Inter-provincial games next month

LAHORE, Aug 10: A total number of 1350 athletes will compete in 19 disciplines of the three-day 2nd Inter-provincial Games to be held here in the third week of September. The organising committee in its meeting on Thusday decided that opening and closing ceremonies would be held at the Punjab Stadium under newly installed floodlights. Punjab had also organised the first edition and now also staging the second one after no other province came forward in this connection.
