LAHORE, Aug 9: The LPG marketing companies have raised their prices by Rs50 per 11.8kg domestic cylinder, sources said on Wednesday.

The sources said the new prices had been effective for Karachi alone. However, they said, the LPG prices were set to rise in other parts of the country, including Punjab, during the next couple of days.

It may be recalled that the LPG marketing companies had raised their prices nationwide by Rs35 per domestic cylinder only a couple of days ago.

With the latest rise in the prices, the rates of the domestic cylinder in Karachi have gone up to Rs560 from Rs510.
