$41.8m for public health

LAHORE, Aug 8: The United States and Pakistan have signed a $41.8 million agreement to fund health programmes to improve the lives and well being of people over the coming years. The agreement was signed at a ceremony held at a local hotel on Tuesday. The health programme will be executed by the US Agency for International Development in partnership with the Pakistan government and non-government organisations. —APP
