KARACHI: 601 deportees due today

KARACHI, Aug 6: A batch of 601 Pakistanis trafficked by human smugglers and arrested by Muscat authorities would return to Karachi on Monday.

According to the Ansar Burney Welfare Trust International, the deported Pakistanis would arrive here in a launch, Al-Tawakal.

Their release from the Muscat jails and deportation was arranged with the help of Pakistan Foreign Affairs Ministry.—PPI
