Explosions have been heard in Yemen’s Aden, the interim seat of the country’s internationally recognised government, a police source and an AFP journalist say.

A police official in Aden tells AFP he heard three explosions in the city, while an AFP correspondent also reports hearing blasts.

Another police source tells AFP the Houthis targeted a Saudi-led coalition position near Aden airport that was targeted last week, as well as the coast guard.
