KARACHI: Detention of Bugtis

KARACHI, July 25: The Sindh High Court on Tuesday directed the home secretary to file an affidavit on a petition against illegal detention of two nephews of Jamhoori Watan Party chief Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti.

An SHC division bench comprising Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Nadeem Azhar Siddiqui was hearing the petition of Haji Mir Hasan Bugti, who alleged his son Bilal Bugti and nephew Murtaza Bugti were arrested by law-enforcement agencies without any charge on July 14 from Boat Basin area.—PPI
