The police also ensured the safe return of the rescued abductees to their families.

According to a press release issued by the police spokesperson, the campaign was launched under the directives of Balochistan Inspector General of Police Muhammad Tahir, with a zero-tolerance policy against criminals to safeguard law-abiding citizens.

The operations led to the recovery of a significant cache of weapons, including 95 pistols and revolvers, six Kalashnikovs, seven shotguns and rifles, 770 rounds of ammunition and 48 magazines.

In addition, police intensified action against drug traffickers, arresting 62 suspects and seizing hashish, crystal meth (ice), opium, gutka, liquor, and illegal cigarettes.

The crackdown also resulted in the recovery of three stolen vehicles, 44 motorcycles and 13 mobile phones. Furthermore, police impounded six vehicles and motorcycles for violations under Section 550, while tinted glasses were removed from 2,253 vehicles.
