KARACHI: Notice issued

KARACHI, July 21: The Sindh High Court, issuing a notice to three activists of the banned Lashkar-i-Jhangvi, asked them to engage counsels for contesting the state’s appeal against their acquittal in a sectarian killing case.

The appeal had been filed against the acquittal of Mohammad Ajmal alias Akram Lahori, Mohammad Azam and Attaulah by an anti terrorism court in Karachi in a case pertaining to the killing of managing director of the PSO Shaukat Raza Mirza and his driver Suleman Shah.—PPI
